Job Summary:

The Jr. HR Officer will support in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. This role is ideal for a motivated individual eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Support payroll preparation and benefits administration.
  • Assist in organizing training and development programs.
  • Handle basic employee queries and provide HR support.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Requirment

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 years of HR experience.
  • Knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws is a must.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
