Job Summary:
The Junior Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing campaigns and daily marketing activities to promote the company’s brand, products, and services. The role involves coordinating marketing materials, assisting with digital campaigns, supporting events, tracking campaign performance, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Coordinate marketing materials, advertisements, and social media content.
- Support digital marketing activities including social media management and online promotions.
- Monitor and track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
- Assist in organizing company events, exhibitions, and promotional programs.
- Maintain communication with external vendors, media partners, and clients.
- Conduct market research and collect customer feedback to support marketing strategies.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms and materials.
- Support the marketing team with administrative and coordination tasks.
- Handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or related roles.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms and social media tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Strong reporting and coordination abilities.
