About the Job
We are seeking a dedicated Junior Midwifery Professional to join our healthcare team. The role involves providing quality midwifery care, supporting maternal and newborn health, and ensuring adherence to hospital standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide midwifery care and support to expectant mothers.
- Assist doctors and senior midwives during labor and delivery.
- Monitor maternal and newborn health and report any changes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, healthcare, and safety standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: BSc Degree in Midwifery.
- Experience: 0–2 years of work experience.
- License: A Professional Midwifery License is mandatory.
- Eligibility: Only female applicants are eligible.
- Skills:
- Strong maternal and newborn care skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and empathy
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure
