Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Office Engineer who is interested in interior and finishing works.
Preference: Female
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review tender documents, reports, and drawings
- Coordinate between site engineers, consultants, and management
- Prepare and follow up project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking
- Manage material submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings
- Prepare payments, quantity take-offs, and cost control activities
- Contract administration and documentation of projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Office Engineer
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Project
Preferred Skills
- Female applicants are highly encouraged
- Interest in interior design is a bonus
