About the Role:

The Junior Purchaser will assist in sourcing and procuring goods and services for the organization, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness to support program operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying suppliers and sourcing goods and services.
• Prepare purchase requests and obtain competitive quotations.
• Ensure timely procurement of supplies while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain procurement records, invoices, and contracts.
• Collaborate with program and finance teams to ensure budget compliance.
• Support vendor communication and relationship management.
• Handle other procurement-related tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Purchasing,  Management, or related fields.
• 0 - 2 years of experience 
• Fluent English in verbal and written communication.
• Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Passion for social impact and organizational growth.
