About the Role:
The Purchaser will assist in sourcing and procuring goods and services for the organization, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness to support program operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying suppliers and sourcing goods and services.
- Prepare purchase requests and obtain competitive quotations.
- Ensure timely procurement of supplies while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain procurement records, invoices, and contracts.
- Collaborate with program and finance teams to ensure budget compliance.
- Support vendor communication and relationship management.
- Handle other procurement-related tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Management, or related fields.
- 2 - 4 years of experience
- Fluent English in verbal and written communication.
- Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
