Job summery
As a Drafting Officer, you will play a key role in designing and recommending kitchen cabinet layouts and other furniture solutions to our customers. You will work closely with the sales team to provide technical support, create accurate measurements, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your ability to combine technical drafting skills with a customer-focused approach will be essential in delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed 2D and 3D designs of kitchen cabinets and other furniture using drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools).
- Take precise measurements of customer spaces to ensure accurate design and fit.
- Recommend suitable designs and layouts based on customer requirements and space constraints.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide design recommendations and visualizations to help customers make informed decisions.
- Address customer inquiries and provide technical support throughout the design and sales process.
- Assist the sales team by preparing design proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in showroom activities to showcase design capabilities and product offerings.
- Prepare and maintain accurate design drawings, measurements, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure designs are executed as planned.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and design techniques.
- Continuously improve drafting and design skills to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Education :-TVET Certificate or Diploma in Drafting, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Experience and skills:-0-1 years of experience in drafting or design (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of kitchen cabinet design and space planning.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and designs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for design and creativity.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
