Key Responsibilities

• Register daily production accurately and maintain clear records.
• Record machine downtime and identify recurring patterns.
• Conduct basic quality control checks and document daily wastage.
• Ensure the production floor is organized and maintains high standards of cleanliness.
• Coordinate and support the implementation of the 5S methodology to promote workplace efficiency.

Who You Are

• A recent Graduate with a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field
• 2 to 3 years of experience.

Important Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data entry for record-keeping purposes.
• Knowledgeable about quality control principles and basic production workflows.
• A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with shift leaders and employees.
• Able to handle resistance to change and motivate a team to adopt new processes.
• Passionate about driving improvements and ensuring an organized and efficient workplace.
