Job Summary
We are looking for a well-presented and highly organized Front Desk Officer to manage daily reception and front desk operations at our facility. The ideal candidate must:
- Be fluent in English
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Have at least 1 year of experience as a receptionist
- Possess previous experience in a dental clinic (strong advantage)
- Have knowledge of insurance registration (strong advantage)
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a warm, professional manner
- Manage incoming phone calls, appointments, and inquiries
- Handle patient check-ins, check-outs, and schedule follow-ups
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Support administrative tasks and coordinate with internal departments
- Register patient insurance information where applicable
- Assist in maintaining client records and documentation
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a receptionist
- English proficiency (both spoken and written) is mandatory
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a dental clinic is a plus
- Familiarity with insurance registration is a strong advantage
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
