Job Summary
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Client Relations Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience working in a health center, either as a customer service representative or receptionist.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors at the health center.
- Provide clear, compassionate, and accurate information regarding services, appointments, and procedures.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback with care and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure data privacy and confidentiality.
- Support the day-to-day front desk operations, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Coordinate closely with medical and administrative staff to ensure smooth client flow.
- Assist in monitoring client satisfaction and proposing improvements for service delivery.
- Train and support junior client service staff when required.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- English proficiency is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or receptionist role at a health center or similar medical facility.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Email).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Calm, empathetic, and professional demeanor under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in a relevant field (Health Administration, Marketing Management, Business Leadership, or related areas).
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
