Senior Client Relations Officer (Female Candidates Only)

Job Summary

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Client Relations Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience working in a health center, either as a customer service representative or receptionist.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors at the health center.
• Provide clear, compassionate, and accurate information regarding services, appointments, and procedures.
• Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback with care and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure data privacy and confidentiality.
• Support the day-to-day front desk operations, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Coordinate closely with medical and administrative staff to ensure smooth client flow.
• Assist in monitoring client satisfaction and proposing improvements for service delivery.
• Train and support junior client service staff when required.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• English proficiency is mandatory.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or receptionist role at a health center or similar medical facility.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Email).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Calm, empathetic, and professional demeanor under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field (Health Administration, Marketing Management, Business Leadership, or related areas).
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology is a plus.
• Fluency in English.
