Junior Sales Officer

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

• Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and potential clients
• Conduct regular field visits and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue growth
• Provide accurate product information and respond to customer inquiries
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates

Job Requirements

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with a good exit exam score
• Pharmacist license issued by the appropriate government authority

Experience

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical wholesale or import company

Skills & Competencies

• Strong sales skills along with excellent communication skills
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
• Familiarity with a wide range of pharmaceutical products (infants, children, and adults)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications
