Jr. Software Engineer

Job Summary:

The Junior Software Engineer will assist in developing, testing, and maintaining software solutions that support the organization’s goals. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited professional experience who are eager to grow their technical skills and gain hands-on experience in real-world software development projects. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of senior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications under the guidance of senior developers.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following established coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and contribute to solution design.
• Support troubleshooting of software defects and assist in deploying updates or fixes.
• Learn and apply best practices in software development methodologies and tools.
• Document code, processes, and technical specifications as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Angular, React,
• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and version control tools (e.g., Git).
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.

Work Experience:

• 0–1 years of relevant experience (internship or project experience is acceptable)
