Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies
- Issue materials to site teams based on approved requests
- Maintain proper stock records (manual or system-based)
- Organize and arrange materials properly in the store
- Conduct regular stock counting and inventory checks
- Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the store area
- Support logistics coordination when required
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Basic knowledge of inventory management
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel is a plus)
