- Diploma or BSc in Medical Laboratory Technology
- Valid professional license from the relevant regulatory body
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience (preferred)
- Experience with laboratory equipment such as CBC analyzers, chemistry analyzers, and microscopes
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer skills
