We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson / Real Estate Consultant to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients in the real estate market.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Present and promote properties to match client needs and preferences.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and goals.
- Stay informed about the local real estate market and industry trends.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client management and relationship-building abilities.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and professional attitude.
- High motivation with a results-driven mindset.
- Solid understanding of the local real estate market.
