On behalf of our client, we are looking for a sharp, fast-moving Tender and Bid Specialist to join our team TODAY. The position requires someone who can handle tender documentation, monitor deadlines, and assist with procurement processes for both government and private sector projects.
Main Duties
- Compile and submit tender documents based on bid requirements.
- Monitor tender opportunities and ensure submissions are completed on time.
- Prepare price quotations and basic cost calculations.
- Keep records of tender files, submissions, and results.
- Work closely with internal teams to gather required technical and financial details.
- Submit bids through online procurement systems and conduct tender searches.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of practical experience working with tender activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Electronic Government Procurement (EGP) systems (preferred).
- Basic understanding of purchasing and supplier processes.
- Organized, responsible, and able to meet strict deadlines.
