Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell imported household goods, machinery, and engineering equipment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and an established network in the construction and mechanical, electrical industry. This is an outdoor sales role requiring proactive client engagement and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction materials and electrical equipment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other key clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and provide technical advice to clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies.
- Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to management for business growth.
- Attend trade shows, site visits, and client meetings as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in sales.
- Education background preferably in construction materials, electrical equipment, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Established network and connections in the construction or electrical sectors is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Ability to travel and conduct outdoor sales activities regularly.
- Knowledge of products, market trends, and client needs in construction and electrical sectors is an advantage.
