Job Summary
SF Consultancy PLC is looking for an experienced and dynamic Lead Trainer to deliver an interactive and practical Podcast Production Training for local media practitioners. This assignment focuses on strengthening participants’ capacity to conceptualize, plan, produce, and manage high-quality podcast content — with emphasis on storytelling, structure, and accessible production tools.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in podcast production, audio storytelling, or radio content creation
- Strong facilitation and training experience (especially with journalists or media practitioners)
- Expertise in narrative development and content strategy
- Ability to simplify technical concepts and deliver hands-on sessions
- Experience using low-cost and accessible podcast production tools
Key Responsibilities
- Design structured training agenda and materials
- Deliver interactive sessions on podcast formats, storytelling, episode planning, and technical basics
- Facilitate practical exercises and recording sessions
- Mentor participants and provide real-time feedback
- Submit training materials and a brief completion report
