Learning Design And Content Manager

Position Summary

Responsible for the end-to-end development of digital learning content, including curriculum design, content structuring, conversion of raw materials into engaging learning content, and publishing courses on the e-learning platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design learning structures, objectives, modules, and assessments
• Collect and organize raw content from trainers and subject matter experts
• Convert raw materials into engaging learning content (storyboards, scripts, PPTs)
• Design and review presentation materials for learning (PowerPoint/slide decks)
• Guide video and graphic production for learning content
• Upload, structure, and quality-check courses on the e-learning platform
• Ensure consistency and quality across all learning content

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Certification in Learning Experience Design (LXD) or Instructional Design (required)
• 1+ years of experience in learning design, training, or content development
• Practical experience in graphic design and presentation (PowerPoint/Google Slides)
• Strong understanding of adult learning and digital learning principles
• Experience working with trainers and subject matter experts
• Ability to manage learning content end-to-end
