Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating and overseeing fleet safety, processes, budgeting, inventory management, and repairs
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle repairs and maintenance activities
• Ensure availability of safe and reliable vehicles to meet operational requirements
• Conduct fleet evaluations to ensure maintenance standards are consistently met
• Work with sales and delivery teams to establish efficient service routes using company-provided vehicles
• Identify and monitor equipment sent to external service providers for repair
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures
• Provide proactive and timely responses to vehicle and staff operational needs
• Execute preventive maintenance and ongoing system troubleshooting for fleet vehicles

Job Requirements

Qualification

• BA Degree in Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in transportation or fleet management roles

Skills & Competencies

• Intermediate-level computer skills
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Good knowledge of logistics and fleet coordination
• Understanding of road transport regulations and laws
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure operational efficiency
