Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator with an engineering background and good design knowledge to join our production team.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain printing and finishing machines
- Set up print jobs accurately based on design files
- Ensure print quality, correct sizing, and color accuracy
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Follow production schedules and meet deadlines
Requirements
- Engineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related fields preferred)
- Strong understanding of design principles and file formats (PDF, AI, PSD, TIFF, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret layout sizes, bleed marks, and resolution requirements
- Good English communication skills
- Experience with printing or manufacturing machinery is an advantage
