About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Manager – Branch Operations and Customer Accounts to oversee branch operations and ensure efficient customer account management. The role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality banking services.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Manage customer accounts and ensure accuracy and compliance with banking procedures.
- Supervise and support branch staff to achieve operational targets.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve escalated issues.
- Implement and monitor internal controls, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare reports and provide insights to senior management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum BA Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of related work experience.
