Job Summary
The Manager – Research, Planning and Monitoring is responsible for leading organizational research initiatives, strategic planning processes, and performance monitoring systems. The role ensures that data-driven insights are utilized to support decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and align departmental activities with overall organizational goals.
Qualification & Experience
- BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration or related fields
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in research, planning, monitoring, or related areas
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Experience in strategic planning and performance monitoring
- Good understanding of data analysis and reporting tools
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Strong communication and report writing skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
