About the Opportunity & Responsibilities
The Senior Market Systems Development (MSD) Associate plays a critical role in designing and implementing inclusive market systems interventions.
Key Responsibilities
- Context Analysis: Lead market diagnostics and assessments to identify systemic constraints for inclusive market change.
- Intervention Design: Co-design market-driven interventions that address systemic constraints and promote local actor engagement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with stakeholders to develop market-driven interventions and business models.
- M&E and Reporting: Lead the design and implementation of M&E frameworks to track the performance and impact of MSD interventions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of demonstrated success in program management of complex projects in market systems.
- Knowledge: Understanding of market dynamics, financial inclusion, and challenges faced by refugees and communities.
