Qualification:
- Degree or above in any field (Graduates in Marketing/Communication preferred, but not mandatory).
- Experience in Marketing, Sales, and Communication fields, OR a strong commitment and desire to work in the sector.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills; proficiency in Digital Media usage and Social Media Management.
- Event planning/management and program moderation skills.
- Confidence in public speaking and the ability to express ideas freely in front of people.
- Strong comprehension, presentation, and explanation skills to fulfill assigned responsibilities.
- Must provide a legal guarantor.
Location: Bahir Dar (Permanent) with travel to regional/zonal cities as required.
Salary: Negotiable (Based on agreement)
Employment Type: 2-month Contract, transitioning to permanent based on performance and effectiveness.
