Ammars Group is expanding in Ethiopia, and we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our operations in the Lubricants, Tyres, and Automotive Batteries division.
This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong track record in automotive product sales, and is ready to build a powerful market presence across Ethiopia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans for lubricants, tyres, and batteries.
- Build, manage, and expand the dealer and distribution network across Ethiopia.
- Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and ensure timely procurement and supply.
- Drive brand visibility and customer engagement through promotional activities and campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
- Lead a team of sales representatives and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales & marketing of automotive products (lubricants, tyres, and automotive batteries preferred).
- Strong understanding of the Ethiopian market.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive results.
- Proficiency in English and Amharic is a must; other local languages are an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Ethiopia as needed.
