Position Overview
We’re hiring an Entry-Level Operations & Sales Associate to support our logistics operations and sales efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for:

Key Responsibilities
As an Entry-Level Operations & Sales Associate, you will:
- Provide operations support: Assist in daily logistics operations including shipment coordination, dispatching, and delivery tracking.
- Deliver customer service: Communicate with clients to resolve shipping or delivery concerns.
- Support sales efforts: Assist in promoting our services, managing leads, and contributing to achieving monthly sales targets.
- Conduct client visits: Engage directly with prospective businesses through field visits and service presentations.
- Handle reporting & admin: Maintain accurate records and help with routine administrative tasks.
- Encourage team collaboration: Work closely with both the operations and sales teams to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (Diploma or Degree is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive mindset
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, email, etc.)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
- Previous experience in sales, logistics, or customer service is a plus but not required
