Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team at the CCCC Project Office. The ideal candidate will support daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day HR functions and administrative duties
- Maintain proper employee records and documentation
- Support recruitment processes (e.g., CV screening, interview scheduling)
- Handle internal communications and basic employee support tasks
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the HR officer or management
Location: Yeka Subcity, CCCC Project Office (Near Yeka Medhanealem Church)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Basic English communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Familiarity with basic computer operations
- Previous HR or administrative experience is appreciated but not mandatory
- Must own a laptop and be able to use it for daily tasks
