HR Assistant (Female Candidates only)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team at the CCCC Project Office. The ideal candidate will support daily HR operations and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day HR functions and administrative duties
• Maintain proper employee records and documentation
• Support recruitment processes (e.g., CV screening, interview scheduling)
• Handle internal communications and basic employee support tasks
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the HR officer or management

Location: Yeka Subcity, CCCC Project Office (Near Yeka Medhanealem Church)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Basic English communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Familiarity with basic computer operations
• Previous HR or administrative experience is appreciated but not mandatory
• Must own a laptop and be able to use it for daily tasks
