Job Summary:
On behalf of our client, We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator with a proven background in advertising or events to plan, organize, and execute engaging and impactful events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept to completion, including corporate functions, product launches, exhibitions, and promotional activations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure smooth event operations.
- Prepare detailed event proposals and budgets, and manage event costs within allocated limits.
- Create event timelines, floor plans, and logistics schedules.
- Secure venues, permits, equipment, catering, and entertainment as needed.
- Develop promotional materials and work closely with the marketing team to execute pre- and post-event marketing.
- Monitor event performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations during all events.
- Troubleshoot and resolve event-related issues on the spot with calm professionalism.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in an advertising agency or in the event management industry.
- Strong understanding of branding, audience engagement, and event promotion strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with event management software is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Experience in digital and hybrid events is an added advantage.
- Graphic design or content creation skills are a bonus.
