Job Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to drive business growth, enhance brand visibility, and achieve revenue targets. This role oversees marketing campaigns, digital strategies, and business development initiatives while leading a team to achieve organizational goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
Brand Management:
- Build and maintain a strong brand identity across all channels.
- Ensure consistent messaging and positioning in line with organizational goals.
- Develop marketing collateral, campaigns, and promotional materials.
Digital Marketing & Analytics:
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and online platforms.
- Monitor website performance, SEO, and online engagement metrics.
- Utilize analytics tools to track campaign effectiveness and generate actionable insights.
Business Development & Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities and support lead generation.
- Develop strategies to expand customer base and market reach.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional events, product launches, and community engagement activities.
Team Leadership & Coordination:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities with other departments for cohesive campaigns.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare regular marketing reports for management on campaign performance, ROI, and business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing budgets, campaigns, and analytics.
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–7 years of marketing experience with proven results in business development and campaign management.
- Experience in digital marketing, brand management, and strategic planning.
Skills, Attitudes, and Attributes:
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, digital marketing, and analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, social media platforms, and marketing analytics tools.
