Job Summary:
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Officer to support the planning and execution of marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
- Manage the company’s social media platforms, website content, and digital marketing tools.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities.
- Coordinate the design and production of promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, banners, and branded items.
- Support event planning and execution for trade shows, product launches, and corporate events.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
- Maintain and update customer databases, mailing lists, and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, product, etc.) to align marketing initiatives.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry developments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing role (1-3+ years preferred), especially in beauty product
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, email marketing, and social media.
- Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
