Purpose of the Role
The Digital Marketing Specialist will drive Copex’s online presence, enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales growth through digital channels. This role requires a creative and analytical professional capable of executing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns tailored to the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Strategy & Campaigns
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote company products and services
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across social media, email, SEO/SEM, and other digital platforms
- Manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to maximize ROI
2. Content Creation & Management
- Create engaging digital content, including posts, videos, graphics, and product highlights
- Manage and update the company website, social media platforms, and e-commerce channels
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences
3. Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor digital performance metrics and generate regular reports to evaluate campaign success
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends
- Use data insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
4. Lead Generation & Customer Engagement
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to generate quality leads through digital channels
- Engage with customers on social media, respond to queries, and build brand loyalty
- Support product launches and promotional campaigns with targeted digital strategies
5. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with product, sales, and design teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices in the manufacturing sector
- Recommend and implement improvements in digital workflows and campaigns
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or B2B sectors
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- Creative and innovative, able to generate content ideas that engage target audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional local languages is a plus
