Mechanic

Education

• Level IV and above in General Mechanics or a related technical field.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of practical experience in mechanical work, with preference for experience in metal fabrication and industrial machinery maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines, vehicles, and tools according to schedules and manufacturer guidelines.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and efficiently.
• Fabricate or modify parts as needed for repairs and maintenance tasks, with attention to precision and durability.
• Maintain detailed maintenance and repair records for all equipment serviced.
• Collaborate with engineering and fabrication teams to ensure timely completion of mechanical projects.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workshop environment.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, engines, and fabrication techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
