Role Purpose
The Learning Standards and Delivery Coordinator is responsible for supporting the consistency, effectiveness, and professionalism of instructor-led and assessor-led training across the Menzies Aviation network. This role focuses on developing, guiding, and monitoring instructors and assessors to ensure training meets internal expectations, regulatory requirements, and customer needs. It also oversees the review of learning modules to confirm they are delivered as designed and remain current, accurate, and effective.
What You Will Be Doing
Coordinate Development Programs: Support the delivery of initial qualification, recurrent training, and standardisation activities.
Deliver Corporate Training: Provide training programmes and initiatives across the organization.
Feedback and Coaching: Offer structured feedback, coaching, and development support to instructors and assessors.
Observations and Evaluations: Conduct reviews to ensure consistent, high-standard training delivery.

What We Are Looking For
Qualifications: Accreditation in Adult Learning Development.
Corporate Training Experience: Experience working within the corporate training environment.
IT Literacy: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft packages and ability to quickly learn new technology.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and interpersonal skills.
