Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead and expand our telecom distribution network across the country. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing regional sales teams, driving revenue growth, and strengthening channel partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a national sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and manage regional and area sales managers to achieve performance targets.
  • Establish strong relationships with telecom vendors, retailers, and distribution partners.
  • Identify new market opportunities and oversee the expansion of distribution channels.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting to executive leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with operational policies, pricing, and contractual obligations.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adapt strategies.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and brand visibility.
  • Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews across all sales regions.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive sales experience in telecom or FMCG distribution, with at least 4 years in a senior/national sales leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of telecom products, distribution channels, and market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth and leading successful sales teams.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales analytics tools and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across regions.
