Job Summary
Landmark General Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate NICU Nurse to provide care for premature and critically ill newborns. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, neonatal care experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized, round-the-clock nursing care to premature and critically ill newborns.
- Monitor and assess vital signs and overall health status of patients.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and tube feedings as prescribed.
- Assist in neonatal resuscitation, ventilation, and emergency interventions.
- Educate and support parents on newborn care, feeding, and bonding techniques.
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and NICU safety protocols.
- Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Accurately document patient progress and nursing interventions.
- Operate and maintain NICU equipment.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance neonatal care.
Required Qualifications
- MSc or Degree in Neonatal or Pediatric nursing.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a NICU, Pediatric, or Neonatal Care setting (strongly preferred).
Skills & Competencies

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and respond to emergencies.

- Proficiency in operating NICU medical equipment.
