360Ground is a pioneering software development company, renowned for providing state-of-the-art solutions that drive innovation and improve efficiency. We are seeking a dedicated General Office Assistant to enrich our dynamic team.

Job Summary:

We are in search of an organized and responsible General Office Admin to join our growing team. In this role, you will perform an array of tasks that include clerical duties, office management, and team support. Your outstanding communication abilities, impressive organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting documents, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other written materials.
  • Writing different letters & articles.
  • Maintaining office services as required.
  • Organizing and filing financial and other critical documents.
  • Issuing receipts and reporting monthly ERCA-TAX.
  • Collecting or submitting payment, bid, and other documents.
  • Performing other office tasks as may be required by the supervisor.
  • Typing up company documents from dictation, audio recordings, written documents, and other media.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in written Amharic.
  • Intermediate proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Demonstrated experience working on MS Office and MS Excel.
  • Proven office management, administrative, or assistant experience is preferred.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • A creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements.

Education:

  • Zero years of experience for BSc, BA and specially for accounting degree holders
  • Must have >3.2CGPA
  • 2 years or more experience required for TVET certificate or diploma holders in secretarial science, accounting, or related fields.
