Job Requirement

• Qualifications: BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in building construction projects.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong knowledge of building construction processes and project coordination
• Experience in site supervision, project monitoring, and quality control
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents
• Knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, and material estimation
• Good understanding of construction safety standards and regulations
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction-related software
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at project sites
• Ensure project execution complies with specifications, drawings, and standards
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and technical documentation
• Monitor material usage and support cost control activities
• Ensure workplace safety and quality assurance throughout project implementation
