Adeda Energies would like to invite qualified and competent professionals. Adeda Energies is an energy-tech company working on the manufacturing and deployment of Electric Vehicles Electric Bike charging and related devices with the mission to accelerate Ethiopia's transition to green mobility.

Circle Consult (CC) is commissioned to conduct the employment process. CC is a reputable business solution firm specialized in providing consulting and talent edge services. Accordingly, we are inviting applicants for the following positions:

Position: Office Manager

Job Purpose: Provide essential secretarial, administrative and clerical support to our team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining a welcoming and productive office environment.

Additional Details:

  • Terms of Employment: Permanent after the probation period
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa
  • Salary: Attractive
  • Registration time: 10 consecutive days starting from February 4 up to February 13, 2025
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Science and Office Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

Work Experience

  • Five (5) years of experience as a Secretary

OR

  • Three (3) years’ experience as a Senior Secretary.

Competencies Requirement:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of office equipment (e.g., copiers, printers, fax machines).
