Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and welcoming female Office Manager to join our team at our Head office. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in any engineering field and have 0-1 years of experience. As the first point of contact for our residents and guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome residents and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including handling inquiries, reservations, and Appointments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized Office area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Oversee daily office operations, including managing schedules, correspondence, and records.
  • Oversee office supply inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Manage specific projects as assigned by senior management.
  • Ensure that office practices comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in organizing office events and activities.

Qualifications:

  • Female candidate with a degree in any engineering field.
  • 0-1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with grace.
