Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and welcoming female Office Manager to join our team at our Head office. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in any engineering field and have 0-1 years of experience. As the first point of contact for our residents and guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome residents and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the front desk operations, including handling inquiries, reservations, and Appointments.
- Maintain a clean and organized Office area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Oversee daily office operations, including managing schedules, correspondence, and records.
- Oversee office supply inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Manage specific projects as assigned by senior management.
- Ensure that office practices comply with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in organizing office events and activities.
Qualifications:
- Female candidate with a degree in any engineering field.
- 0-1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
