Leasing/Marketing Officer (Women Candidates Only)

Position Summary:

On behalf of our client, We are seeking a highly motivated and well-presented female Leasing/Marketing Officer to manage leasing operations and support marketing activities for our commercial building and shopping mall. The successful candidate should have prior experience in customer service or leasing/marketing roles and demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and attract potential tenants for vacant spaces
• Maintain strong relationships with current and prospective tenants
• Handle leasing inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
• Conduct site tours for prospective tenants
• Manage the full leasing process from negotiation to documentation
• Prepare and issue Letters of Offer and Lease Agreements
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of lease contracts
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials
• Support marketing campaigns to reduce vacancy rates
• Conduct market research on rental trends and competitor pricing
• Recommend pricing strategies and rental rates based on market data
• Monitor lease expirations and initiate renewals on time
• Maintain accurate lease records and payment schedules
• Coordinate with legal, maintenance, and facility teams
• Address and resolve tenant concerns professionally
• Ensure tenants comply with lease terms and property policies
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly leasing reports
• Track and report on occupancy status and leasing activities

Qualifications:

• Women candidates only (applications from men will not be considered)
• Education: BA Degree or Diploma in Marketing & Sales Management
• Experience: 1–3 years as a Customer Service, Leasing, or Marketing Officer, preferably in a commercial building or shopping mall
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Strong computer and report writing skills
• Knowledge of HR operations is a plus
