Position Summary:
On behalf of our client, We are seeking a highly motivated and well-presented female Leasing/Marketing Officer to manage leasing operations and support marketing activities for our commercial building and shopping mall. The successful candidate should have prior experience in customer service or leasing/marketing roles and demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and attract potential tenants for vacant spaces
- Maintain strong relationships with current and prospective tenants
- Handle leasing inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
- Conduct site tours for prospective tenants
- Manage the full leasing process from negotiation to documentation
- Prepare and issue Letters of Offer and Lease Agreements
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of lease contracts
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials
- Support marketing campaigns to reduce vacancy rates
- Conduct market research on rental trends and competitor pricing
- Recommend pricing strategies and rental rates based on market data
- Monitor lease expirations and initiate renewals on time
- Maintain accurate lease records and payment schedules
- Coordinate with legal, maintenance, and facility teams
- Address and resolve tenant concerns professionally
- Ensure tenants comply with lease terms and property policies
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly leasing reports
- Track and report on occupancy status and leasing activities
Qualifications:
- Women candidates only (applications from men will not be considered)
- Education: BA Degree or Diploma in Marketing & Sales Management
- Experience: 1–3 years as a Customer Service, Leasing, or Marketing Officer, preferably in a commercial building or shopping mall
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong computer and report writing skills
- Knowledge of HR operations is a plus
