Job Description:
On behalf of our client, GeezJobs is recruiting a highly qualified and results-driven Operation Lead to lead and oversee an agrochemical import–focused business. The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and strategic business management skills to ensure operational excellence and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the business
- Oversee import operations in compliance with local and international regulations
- Manage licensing, permits, and coordination with relevant regulatory authorities
- Develop and implement business growth and expansion strategies
- Manage relationships with suppliers, partners, and key stakeholders
- Supervise teams and ensure efficient day-to-day operations
- Ensure financial performance, budgeting, and cost control
Requirements
- Educational background in Agriculture, Business, Chemistry, Management, Economics, Logistics, or related fields
- With 3+ Years of Proven Experience in import operations, distribution, or regulated products
- Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making skills
- Good knowledge of import procedures and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
