Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hotel operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance)
- Ensure high customer service standards
- Control operational costs and improve revenue
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
Qualification:
- BA Degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years proven hotel management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
