Operations Manager

On behalf of our client, a well-established company is looking to hire an Operations Manager that oversees the General Services Department, ensuring efficient delivery of maintenance, security, cleaning, fleet, employee services, government compliance, vendor management, and liaison functions. This role demands strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple teams to support operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all General Services functions and coordinate teams.
• Support and lead teams in maintenance, security, cleaning, fleet, and liaison services to ensure smooth operation.
• Monitor service performance and address issues promptly.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and best practices.
• Lead team leaders for high performance and organize staff training to enhance skills.
• Manage staffing based on operational needs.
• Manage company vehicles and employee transport services.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and government regulations.
• Liaise with authorities for permits, certifications, and approvals.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service quality.
• Coordinate procurement and agreements with Finance.
• Serve as the primary contact for external organizations and government agencies.
• Facilitate approvals, compliance, and negotiations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Logistics, Facility Management, or related field.
• Experience in fleet, security, maintenance, and compliance.
• Strong leadership experience managing multiple teams.
• 3–7 years of experience.
• Age: ≤ 40 years.
