Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
- Manage and lead staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards and resolve customer issues professionally.
- Supervise inventory, ordering, and stock control for both food and beverages.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.
- Plan and execute promotional and marketing activities to increase sales and brand visibility.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams to maintain smooth communication and workflow.
- Handle budgeting and cost control to achieve profitability targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in restaurant and/or bar management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent understanding of customer service and business operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
