Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
• Manage and lead staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and resolve customer issues professionally.
• Supervise inventory, ordering, and stock control for both food and beverages.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Plan and execute promotional and marketing activities to increase sales and brand visibility.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams to maintain smooth communication and workflow.
• Handle budgeting and cost control to achieve profitability targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in restaurant and/or bar management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent understanding of customer service and business operations.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
