About the Job
Role Summary
The Driver Registration Sales Agent is responsible for recruiting and registering new drivers onto the Yango platform, supporting them through onboarding, and ensuring they understand how to use the application effectively. The role is field-based and performance-driven, requiring strong communication skills, persuasion ability, and target achievement discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Register new drivers on the Yango platform in assigned locations
- Assist drivers in setting up the mobile application and understanding platform usage
- Clearly explain platform benefits, requirements, and registration procedures
- Achieve daily and weekly driver registration targets
- Maintain strong field presence and actively engage potential drivers in assigned areas
- Submit accurate daily performance and activity reports
- Coordinate closely with the scout leader or team lead for guidance and reporting
Requirements
- Minimum completion of Grade 12 education
- Basic understanding of mobile applications and smartphone usage
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a field-based, fast-paced environment
- Good teamwork and collaboration attitude
