Job Overview
Nexus Import and Export Plc is looking for 10 energetic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Representatives. The successful candidates will be responsible for expanding our market presence, managing retail/wholesale accounts, and ensuring consistent product availability across assigned territories.
- Daily visitation of assigned outlets, including retailers and wholesalers.
- Promote and sell products to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Proactively open new customer accounts and expand market coverage.
- Ensure product availability and maintain proper stock levels at outlets.
- Collect orders, follow up on deliveries, and collect payments per company policy.
- Develop and sustain strong professional bonds with customers.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities (pricing, promotions, and demand).
- Provide consistent daily feedback on sales and market trends to management.
Requirements
- Education: College Certificate in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in a sales role.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and excellent verbal communication skills.
