Job Overview

Nexus Import and Export Plc is looking for 10 energetic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Representatives. The successful candidates will be responsible for expanding our market presence, managing retail/wholesale accounts, and ensuring consistent product availability across assigned territories.

• Daily visitation of assigned outlets, including retailers and wholesalers.
• Promote and sell products to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Proactively open new customer accounts and expand market coverage.
• Ensure product availability and maintain proper stock levels at outlets.
• Collect orders, follow up on deliveries, and collect payments per company policy.
• Develop and sustain strong professional bonds with customers.
• Monitor and report on competitor activities (pricing, promotions, and demand).
• Provide consistent daily feedback on sales and market trends to management.

Requirements

• Education: College Certificate in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in a sales role.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and excellent verbal communication skills.
