Job Summary:
On behalf of our client we are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Female Outdoor Sales Representative to join our client's growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and field visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outdoor sales visits to promote and sell company products to new and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify potential markets and opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
- Negotiate sales terms, close deals, and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis to management.
- Represent the company professionally and uphold brand reputation at all times.
Requirements:
- Gender: Female (Mandatory)
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in outdoor sales.
- Industry Background: Experience in manufacturing or electronics shops is highly preferable.
- Communication: Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
