Job Summary
Pave Logistics and Trading is looking for a dynamic and self-driven Outdoor Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our high-quality tyre products, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth through innovative sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the tyre and automotive market.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective planning and execution.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
- Provide excellent after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Sales, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 1–3 years in outdoor sales (Tyre industry experience is highly preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
