Partnership Opportunity

GeezJobs is expanding to regional cities, and we are looking for strong business partners to grow with us through a franchise-based partnership model.

Due to the increasing demand and inquiries we receive from different regions, we are expanding our HR and recruitment services outside Addis Ababa and giving qualified partners the opportunity to operate GeezJobs in their city.

We are looking for individuals who:

• Have a shop or office space, or can establish one
• Have experience or interest in HR, recruitment, training, consultancy, or business services
• Are business-minded and passionate about building and leading operations in their city
• Have strong business experience, networking ability, or achievements
• Currently, ONLY live in or work in:
• Hawassa
• Adama
• Debre Zeit
• Dire Dawa

This opportunity is franchise-based with an official agreement between GeezJobs and the selected partner. Partners will have the opportunity to manage and grow the GeezJobs operation in their city under our brand name and business system.

The partnership structure, city coverage, operational responsibilities, and business rights will be discussed and agreed upon based on the partner’s investment capacity, experience, and market potential. Franchise partners will manage the full operations in their assigned city under the GeezJobs brand, while providing an agreed periodic payment or franchise fee to GeezJobs as part of the official partnership agreement.

Selected partners will receive:

• Access to the GeezJobs brand and business model
• Operational and setup guidance
• Marketing and branding support
• Access to recruitment and HR service systems
• Regional operational rights based on an agreement

A franchise/setup payment will be required as part of the partnership agreement and business commitment process.
