RESPONSIBILITIES
- Track and record PODs (Proof of delivery)
- Extract and compile load reports
- Ensuring timely arrival of shipments at KD points (Key distributors) and working closely with security and safety teams to flag possible delays.
- Maintaining an up-to-date delivery tracker.
- Maintaining an up-to-date work order tracker
- Ensuring timely POD submission from service providers (within 15 working days)
- Compiling weekly & monthly safety reports and liaising with SHE teams to implement the appropriate consequence management whenever violations occur.
- Conducting quarterly transporter audits accompanied by Logistics coordinator, SHE and Security teams.
- Ensuring timely validation and settlement of invoices.
- Ensure all documents relating to outbound logistics are properly documented.
- Conduct shipment completion on SAP
- Meticulous POD filing at archives
- POD recording within 15 days after dispatch.
- 100% delivery tracker completion.
- 100% Work order tracker completion.
- Invoice settlement per agreed terms with transporters.
- Compile and share weekly transporter safety document.
- 100% Shipment completion trigger weekly.
Controls and Governance
- Ensure all PODs are submitted within 15 days of dispatch.
- Document all SOP for records process.
- Flag frequent violations with SHE teams and implement the appropriate consequence matrix.
- Ensure actual arrival dates of shipments are maintained similarly on SAP.
- Participate in weekly KPIs review meetings.
- Lead weekly transporter safety meetings.
- Participate in quarterly CSHEC meetings.
- Work closely and in collaboration with the CX/ CD / Transporters / Warehouse teams to ensure shipments are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure you have a Future fit plan (Development) and 3+1 goals in place every year.
- Ensure minimum1 hour a week is spent on learning /degreed of relevant courses for role and development plan.
- Being an active member and contributor within the team and wider organization.
Qualifications
- University degree completed in relevant field.
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience within a supply chain organization.
- Excellent working and analytical Knowledge of SAP and Excel.
- Strong organizing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

- FMCG Experience, Logistics or Supply Chain degree
